This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of ShinDig (shindig.chat), a live social video platform operated by ShinDig. By creating an account or using any part of ShinDig — including our live video rooms, messaging features, VIP membership, and social profile tools — you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ShinDig.
We use Stripe to process payments for VIP memberships and other platform features. Your use of any paid features is also subject to Stripe's Services Agreement and Stripe's Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Who Can Use ShinDig
ShinDig is strictly for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use any feature of this platform. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reason to believe a user is under 18.
2. What ShinDig Is For
ShinDig is a live social video platform for adults to connect, hang out, and meet new people through live video chatrooms. Paid features like VIP membership unlock platform enhancements — additional photos, priority features, and expanded social tools — within this context.
ShinDig is not a content marketplace, adult content platform, or subscription content service. Payments on ShinDig are for platform membership only, not for access to content created by other users.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited on ShinDig. Violation may result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to authorities.
3a. Illegal Activity
- Using ShinDig to facilitate, promote, or engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
- Distributing, selling, or promoting illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or unauthorized financial activity
- Violating export controls, sanctions, or trade restrictions
3b. Sexual Content Involving Minors
- Any sexual content, solicitation, or grooming involving minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement
- Do not misrepresent your age or the age of anyone else on the platform
3c. Harassment and Abuse
- Threatening, harassing, or intimidating other users
- Targeted harassment campaigns, hate speech, or content designed to demean users based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin
- Doxxing — sharing private personal information about another user without their consent
- Stalking or following users across the platform after they have blocked or reported you
3d. Spam and Fraud
- Creating fake accounts, impersonating other users or public figures, or misrepresenting your identity
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages, phishing links, or scam content
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with other users without disclosure
- Chargeback fraud — initiating chargebacks for genuine purchases
3e. Harmful or Dangerous Content
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs self-harm or suicide
- Content that promotes, recruits for, or incites violence, terrorism, or extremist activity
- Distributing malware, viruses, or engaging in any form of cyberattack
3f. Intellectual Property Violations
- Sharing copyrighted content you do not own or have a license to share
- Using ShinDig's brand, logo, or name in unauthorized ways
4. Payment and Billing Rules
All payments on ShinDig are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
- You must provide accurate billing information. Providing false payment information is prohibited.
- VIP membership fees are for access to enhanced platform features, not for content created by other users.
- Initiating chargebacks for purchases you genuinely made is considered fraud and may result in account suspension.
- ShinDig does not facilitate peer-to-peer payments, tipping, gifting, or any financial transactions between users.
- You may not use ShinDig to solicit money, gifts, or payment from other users in any form.
5. Camera and Microphone Use
ShinDig is a live video platform. When you use your camera or microphone:
- You are responsible for everything visible and audible in your broadcast
- Do not broadcast nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
- Do not broadcast the likeness of another person without their consent
- Private cam sessions are 1-on-1 and require mutual consent — never broadcast a private session to a wider audience
6. Dating Layer
ShinDig includes optional dating features. When using these features:
- All standard rules in this Policy apply equally to dating interactions
- Do not misrepresent yourself, your age, or your intentions
- Respect blocks and reports — continuing to contact someone who has blocked or reported you is prohibited
- ShinDig dating features are strictly for adults. Attempting to use these features to contact minors is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement
7. Enforcement
ShinDig reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of this Policy, with or without prior notice. For serious violations — particularly anything involving minors, fraud, or illegal activity — we will preserve records and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
We may also remove content, restrict features, or take other action short of termination at our discretion.
8. Reporting Violations
You can report violations directly in the app using the Report button on any profile or in any room. For urgent safety concerns, contact us at shindigsupport@gmail.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of ShinDig after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
