This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on ShinDig (shindig.chat), including VIP monthly memberships and lifetime memberships. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.
All purchases on ShinDig are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchase, including:
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstance, except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your VIP Monthly Membership at any time. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not trigger a refund of the current billing period. Your VIP access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel, use the link in your billing confirmation email from Stripe, or contact us at shindigsupport@gmail.com and we will assist you.
The VIP Lifetime Membership is a one-time payment of $49.99 that provides permanent VIP access for as long as your account remains active and in good standing. Because this is a one-time purchase with immediate access granted, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you forfeit any remaining membership period or lifetime access without refund.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize — contact us immediately at shindigsupport@gmail.com. We will investigate and work with Stripe to resolve genuine billing errors. Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase without contacting us first is considered fraud and may result in account termination.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are located in a jurisdiction that requires a statutory cooling-off period or mandatory refund rights, those rights apply to the extent required by law.
